I didn’t create Intuitive Movement from theory. I built it from lived experience.

I’ve come back from surgeries on both shoulders. I’ve lost 100 pounds. I’ve spent years in martial arts and, most recently, finished my first marathon. Each chapter taught me what it feels like to start over, rebuild, and move forward even when progress is slow. More importantly, each one taught me how powerful it is to understand your own body.

Those experiences shaped a simple belief: people don’t need extreme programs. They need clear coaching, patient guidance, and a plan that respects both their limits and their potential.

Intuitive Movement exists because I wanted to give Cincinnati adults what I wish I had during my recoveries—coaching that explains why things matter, training that avoids setbacks, and a progression you can trust. Every assessment, cue, and session is designed to help you move confidently in real life, not just in the gym.
